Director Weaam Williams talks from South Africa about the inspirations, challenges and process of producing her critically acclaimed documentary film “Hip Hop Revolution.” Williams who worked on the film for several years to achieve her vision, speaks to her goals for the film and the difficulties of carrying on a normal life while in the midst of an all-consuming production. Williams currently resides in South Africa where she runs an independent production company, Shamanic Organic Productions.
